PNWCustoms specializes in auto detailing, paint protection, ceramic coatings, paint correction, custom part installations, window tinting, insurance repairs, and more. We also sell detailing products and accessories.

2. How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our website, call us at 360-846-3407, or message us on Instagram/Facebook.

3. Do you require deposits?

For most standard services, a non refundable $50 deposit is required to book. Custom work, large jobs, or special orders may require a larger non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, check and in some cases insurance claim payments.

5. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

6. Do you offer warranties on your services?

Certain services, such as ceramic coatings, bedliners and installations, may come with limited warranties. Details will be provided at the time of service.

7. What should I do before dropping off my vehicle?

We recommend removing all personal items from your car. While we treat every vehicle with care, we are not responsible for personal belongings left inside.

8. How long will my service take?

It depends on the service. A quick detail may take a couple of hours, while paint correction or ceramic coating could take a full day or longer. We’ll give you an estimated time when booking.

9. Do you only work on certain types of vehicles?

No! We work on all makes and models—from daily drivers to show cars, classics, and trucks.

10. Do you sell detailing products?

Yes! Our line of detailing products and apparel is available through our shop page.

11. Can you work with insurance companies?

Yes, we are insurance-friendly and can assist with claims, paperwork, and repair estimates.
