PNWCustoms provides custom automotive services, ceramic coatings, and related products (“Services”). These Terms apply to all users of our website and services, including customers, visitors, and vendors.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Services & Appointments

• Service availability depends on scheduling and confirmation by PNWCustoms. Unless appointment is confirmed by members of PNWCustoms, the appointment date will not be valid.

• Estimates are provided as good-faith calculations; final costs may vary based on labor, materials, or unforeseen issues.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee and loss of future services.

4. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, credit/debit, check and insurance claims.

• Deposits may be required for certain services or custom work. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. (That being said, we will happily transfer your deposit to hold another date if plans are arranged more than 24hrs in advance to appointment.)

5. Custom Work & Products

• Custom parts, detailing products, or modifications are made to order and may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

• PNWCustoms is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care after service is complete.

• Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be detailed at the time of service.

6. Website & Online Store

• Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all product information is error-free. (If you see something that may be incorrect, please bring it to our attention!)

• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• PNWCustoms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or products.

• Vehicles left with PNWCustoms are stored and handled with care, but we are not responsible for theft, natural disasters, or pre-existing damage.

• Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicles before service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, photos, and text, is the property of PNWCustoms and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

PNWCustoms may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
